What You Get as an Advantage Member
Reward Points
Every time you visit us for a service or repair, you earn reward points. Auto Giant Advantage members earn 1 reward point for every dollar spent. 500 points equals a $10 discount. Points accumulate with each visit and can be redeemed on future servicing or repair work.

Advantage Member Program Terms & Conditions
Membership in the Auto Giant Advantage Rewards Program ("Program") is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who own a vehicle serviced by Auto Giant.
Membership is free and requires the completion of the official enrollment form available at Auto Giant’s Brendale service centre or online.
Upon enrollment, members will be issued a membership card, which will be posted to the address provided in the enrollment form or can be collected at Auto Giant's Brendale Service Centre.
The membership card must be presented to redeem rewards and benefits.
Auto Giant Advantage members earn one (1) reward point for every dollar spent on eligible services or repairs at Auto Giant Brendale service center.
Five hundred (500) reward points can be redeemed for a $10 discount on future servicing or repair work.
Reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Auto Giant Advantage Reward members are entitled to a range of complimentary services each year. Members will be notified of eligible services via email, these services may change at the discretion of Auto Giant.
Any additional parts or repairs needed during these services may be chargeable. Each complimentary service is available once per year.
Auto Giant Advantage Reward members are automatically entered into each monthly draw for a complimentary minor service if they have visited an Auto Giant service center for a service within the last 12 months prior to the draw date.
A minor service includes:
- Auto Giant mechanical labour.
- Replacement of engine oil, oil filter, and sump plug washer.
- Consumables & Environmental levy
- Multi-point safety inspection.
- Complimentary wash, vac & tyre shine.
Any additional parts or services identified during the minor service will be payable by the member.
The entry period for each monthly draw begins on the first day of each calendar month and ends on the last day of the same month.
Winners will be selected randomly on the first day of each month, and the winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the draw.
The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of notification and is non-transferable.
A member can only win the monthly draw once within a 12-month period.
Auto Giant Advantage members may receive access to special limited time offers and promotions, from Auto Giant and its partners.
These offers are subject to availability and may have specific terms and conditions.
Auto Giant reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any aspect of it at any time without prior notice.
Auto Giant employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
By participating in the Program, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
